The Cumberland River was so lush, with large peaks and gently rollings hills. The river also takes in Barkley Lake in Southeastern Kentucky and north central Tennessee. Barkley Lake has 1400 miles of shoreline. On the western shore is the Land Between The Lakes. Cumberland river takes you to downtown Nashville Tenn. What a beautiful city..............very clean and so much to do. I've been to Nashville on several occasions but seeing it by river was very special.
