This is called "Starved Rock". It's part of a National Park that's quite beautiful. The history story goes.....two tribes of Indians were in a battle and one tribe ran up this rock to defend themselves. That part worked, however; the other tribe decided to just surround the "rock fort" and simply waited until their enemies starved to death....hence the name!!!!
