Leaving Apalachicola - April 28th

After waiting in Apalachicola for four days, NOAA finally said the weather was going to be good for a crossing - less than 2 ft. waves and less than 4 mile per hour winds.

So here we are crossing the Government Cut (several people told us not to go this way because it's too shallow). James had been through many times so we went that way and the depth was fine, 18 feet.
