Leaving Key Largo and traveling to Miami was a wonderful experience....going through the Mangroves. Thought this "gathering of birds" was unique.....right out in the middle of Blackwater Sound. The trip was 65.5 miles....took 8 hours but it was a nice day. James keeps trying to teach me how to navigate using only the charts. I prefer the "Captain"....much easier but I am trying to learn just in case that wonderful computer program goes on the blink.
