Proud Of Their "TOONIE"

We were anxious to get to Campbellford because we heard they were having the "Cardboard Boat Regatta" races but we were a day late. They are not itty-bitty boats but are large enough to be "crewed"....bet that's a sight to watch. In the park where we stayed, they have this 20ft replica of the "toonie", Canada's $2 coin...the artist is from this town. There were six boats tied up to the dock so we visited with everyone. Found one couple who vacation in Texas every year for two months.
They also have the world's Finest Chocolate Factory there. It was quite a walk so I felt compelled to purchase 6 different kinds of that nectar of the Gods.
