Flowers Everywhere!!!!

This was one of the largest homes we saw but even the smallest homes along the lakes and rivers, have beautiful gardens.....

We crossed Rice Lake which was dotted with summer homes. Canadian are very outdoor people. All the homes had canoes, rowboats and at least one fishing boat. All the kids were out swimming and most homes had diving platforms. Not alot of "Go Fast" boats or "Skidoos" but they were all in the water. We also traveled on the Otonabee River which really winds it way around for miles of serene beautiful scenery. So many small fishing boats and everyone of them wave to you if you go slow............
