How wonderful it is to be in Georgia. I had forgotten just how beautiful this state is. As soon as we docked at the Marina, a kind and friendly couple were there to greet us. Wouldn't you know they are from Sante Fe Texas. Jennette and Ben had been in Brunswick for two months. They insisted on taking us on a tour of the town of Brunswick and over to St. Simon Island. The beautiful old homes, even the new ones, are so gracious and classy. The vegetation here is so lush and the hugh old trees are fabulous. Many years ago, when a large limb had to be cut off....they would carve a picture of a man who was missing at sea. James and I were both impressed with this town.
