Anchoring

I really haven't talked about anchoring.....don't know why because we've anchored in some beautiful, serene places. The mornings are always so beautiful and soft and the sounds of the birds are also a joy to hear while drinking coffee. From Beaufort to Charleston, we anchored at a placed called Tom's Point Creek. Late at night, I was a little restless so I went up on the "back porch" to feel the breeze. I looked up at the sky and couldn't believe how many millions of stars there were. I haven't see that many stars since I lived in Alberta Canada in the foothills. Living in the big city does have it's disadvantages for sure. The next morning on our way out the Coosaw river was so smooth, you not only saw the reflections of the trees and shore....but you could see the reflection of the clouds in the water. What a breath-taker that was!!!! There's no way you could capture that in a picture.
